The breakfasts were excellent with delicious freshly made coffee, bacon, and tepid eggs. the classic king room was stylish and contemporary, with a pull-out queen bed providing all the essentials for guests.

Reasonable priced breakfast (which was not included in room rate) for a Mercure hotel. Milan Metro easily accessible within 3 mins. Excellent fish restaurant next door.

Double room setup initially for single traveler - not enough of anything. Bathroom door handle coming off whehn trying to exit bathroom.

Room was large, very clean, comfortable. There is a kettle in the room and the shopping mall nearby hotel, so you can easily make your simple dinner or breakfast.

Hotel is situated a bit outside the centre but in few steps from the metro station. If you are visiting Leonardo's Last Supper, it takes only 15 min to walk there.

The staff were friendly and the room was modern with a kitchen and stylish bathroom. the hotel's location was convenient, close to shops, the famous Duomo Cathedral, and transportation options.

I wish hotel informed us earlier that last Sunday (16 September) there was a traffic bun in Milan from 10 to 18. We were informed only when we checked in.what about people who were coming to Milan by car on Sunday?how should you know about this?i think hotel might have given a warning message in advance Parking - hotel charges 25 euro per 24 hours, the parking itself only 20.not a big deal but why is this difference? Hotel should not put additional mark up on services it does not really provide, I would suggest its management to reconsider its politics and be more client oriented

The Staff was great and very helpfulll. The hotel is new and very clean. Fits pretty much the description. It's located about 2Km from the Duomo, where you can do everything by walking. If you dont's like to walk, the hotel it's located in front of a tram station and there is a metro station nearby.

Our only complain is about the conditioning. I think they regulate the temperature for the hole hotel in the central conditioning, but for us was hot, no matter waht we did in the control pannel in the room. There was not an option to open the window, because it was sealed.
